Services

She Means Business Tax Co. provides professional tax preparation, administrative business support, and notary services. All services are delivered based on information provided by the client and in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.

Tax preparation services are performed by a registered tax preparer holding a valid PTIN issued by the Internal Revenue Service.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary to perform requested services. She Means Business Tax Co. is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.

Consultations

Consultations are designed to provide clarity, guidance, and service recommendations. Consultations do not include tax preparation or filing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Consultation fees are non-refundable but may be applied toward services when applicable.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within the stated time frame provided at booking.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a forfeited fee.

  • Repeated no-shows may limit future booking availability.

No Guarantees

Tax outcomes, refunds, and liabilities vary based on individual circumstances. She Means Business Tax Co. does not guarantee refunds, outcomes, or tax savings.

Scope of Services

While we assist with understanding tax processes, filing requirements, and administrative business setup, we do not provide legal, accounting, or financial advisory services. Clients requiring such services should consult a licensed attorney, CPA, or financial advisor.

Confidentiality

All client information is handled with professionalism and confidentiality. Information is used solely for the purpose of providing requested services and complying with applicable laws.

Agreement

By booking services or submitting information to She Means Business Tax Co., clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
